Lips & fangs.-* & White light...

Lyrics & Poetry by Wet mouth ©
To be recorded in the year of 2011. (small update, it has --> Listn.to/Wetmouth  )

lips & fangs, some lyrics & poetry. In the honor of Esra that let me use her image, as she pointed this out as her favorite & my amaz. mother that recently turned 50; "White light scattered over the sea" to start;

Its act. a song. It was written in the summer before I moved to England, a summer I did`nt really do much but work at the old folks home everyday and bike back to the home where I grew up at night with either Jeff Buckley or The end by the Doors.
My mom picked me up one night after work and we went for a night bath at a lake near by. As we drove home the sun set over the lake and scattered a white light over it. I was listening to Reena by Sonic youth & had my feet out of the window of the car.
I have never felt as fulfilled.

WHITE LIGHT SCATTERED OVER THE SEA.-*

I remember the summer, put my feet out of the window the car
driving with my mother, never thought we`d get that far
and the lake was on fire, white light scattered over the sea
dirt of the road whirled higher,
as the wheels turned it up to me

I remember the water, black and blue like a swimming-pool
boy seduced by her daughter, talk to her like an ignorant fool
warm wind as blow-drying air, pulling on your hair to sooth
and I was lost in the moment, with the water to keep you cool

Chorus:

pump your heart up with fire
Pump your body up with energy
light the flame dull, flame of desire
light up your soul with electricity

Hot summer heat like fire
warmth hits from high and low
warm winds that take you higher
breathing from your bones

White light inflames the sky
as summer heat it burns
freedom takes you higher
as the wheels they turn

Chorus:
pump your heart up with fire
Pump your body up with energy
light the flame dull, flame of desire
light up your soul with electricity

I remember the summer, had my feet out the window of the car
driving with my mother, never thought we`d get that far
and the lake was on fire, white light scattered over the sea
and I could finally remember,
how it really feels to be free...
